We're a remote creative studio based in Calgary. We build brand identities and websites for organizations that care deeply about the people they serve. We're looking for a graphic designer to grow with us.

The role
This isn't a one-off project. We're looking for someone who wants to become a real part of the team; consistent, ongoing work with room to grow. You'll be embedded in live client projects from day one, working closely with designers and strategists who care about the craft.
What you'll work on
Social media graphics, digital ads, and email assets
Marketing collateral across digital and print formats
Slide decks and presentation materials
Taking client-supplied imagery, whatever quality and making it
look on brandWebsite design and builds (Squarespace, Framer, Shopify,
WIX, Custom)Brand identity projects: logos, visual systems, brand assets
Iterating alongside other designers to push work further
Opportunity for more based on experience
What we're looking for
5+ years of graphic design experience
Strong portfolio with social and digital work (show us range)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite
Familiarity with website platforms Squarespace and Framer.
A working understanding of UX principles
Based in Canada and available to work MST hours
Video editing experience is a bonus
How you work

You come to briefs and check-ins having done the work ahead of time. You don't wait to be told what you need.
Communicates early and often.
In a remote environment, silence creates problems. If something's unclear, off-track, or taking longer than expected, you say so before it becomes an issue.
Genuinely curious
You're always learning; new tools, new approaches, new ways to make the work better. You bring that energy to the team.
Challenges the work
We want designers who push back when something isn't landing and bring ideas to the table. Your job isn't to produce files, it's to help us deliver the best possible outcome for the client.
Comfortable with ambiguity
Projects shift, priorities compete, briefs aren't always perfect. You figure it out, flag what matters, and keep moving.
Seeks out feedback
You're not waiting for a formal review. You ask, you listen, and you apply it.
Makes the details someone else's non-problem
Files are organized. Assets are named. Work is delivered ready to use. The people you hand off to shouldn't have to clean up after you.
